Abstract

本テスト方法は，Global Assembly and Packaging Committeeで技術的に承認されたもので，Japanese Packaging Committeeが直接責任を負うものである。現版は2003 年1月10日にJapanese Regional Standards Committeeにて承認されている。2003年1月にまず www.semi.orgで入手可能になり，2003年3月発行に至る。

 

本テスト方法は，シリコンチップ強度評価のための，静的な三点曲げテスト方法を定義する。
