이 표준은 Traceability Global Technical Committee에서 기술적으로 승인되었습니다. 이 판은 2018년 2월 1일에 글로벌 감사 및 검토 소위원회의 출판 승인을 받았습니다. 2018년 8월에 www.semiviews.org 및 www.semi.org에서 볼 수 있습니다. 원래 2005년 7월에 출판되었습니다. 이전에 2012년 8월에 게시되었습니다.

이 표준의 목적은 반도체 소자를 가공하기 위해 지그에 장착된 개별 지그를 고유하게 식별하기 위한 일반 Jig ID를 설정하는 것입니다.

이 규격은 반도체 제조공정에서 사용되는 지그에 부착되는 ID의 내용을 다음과 같이 규정하고 있다.
