시리콘에피타키샤르웨하노中には，에피타키샤르層の下に埋め込み層が形成されているものがある。本仕様はそのような埋め込み層付きのがある. 샤르웨하노특징에 ついて規定するものである.

　

本仕様書はフォトリソグラフィ，埋め込み層，およびエピタキシャル層形成後の埋め込み層パターンに関連する埋め込み層付きシリコンエピタキシリコンエーハの特性を規定している.
