Abstract

本standared는, global Gases Technical Committee で技術的に承認されている。現版は2011年12 月24日， global Audits and Reviews Subcommitteeにて発行が承認された。 2012年3月にwww.semiviews.orgおよびwww.semi.org 에서 入手可能となる.初版は2000 년 6 월 행사.

　

ジボラン混合gasの仕様to分析方法を定義し，その仕様の有効性を確認する.

　

지보란은 純粋가스로 しては使われず, N 2 , H 2 , Ar , He , SiH 4 등의 바란스가스와 混合gas と して 使われる.

　

この混合gasの性質は，下記の点を含むいくつかの要因の影響を受ける.

  • 混合gas作成に使用するgasの純度

  • 構成gasの充填精度

  • シリンダ準備工程 およびシリンダ内側表面 と ジボランのその場での化学反応.

更に，ジボランが化学的に不安定なため分解すること（付属書1参照）로부터，充填後の経過時間が重要となる.

　

構成要素のgasはすべて， SEMI仕様があれば，その該当仕様に従わなければならない。

　

最終混合gasの品質は，製造後各シリンダ中のジボランの濃度と，主な不純物（트레이서） ，すなわちH 2 ， N 2 ， O 2を分析してCHECK する ことが出来る.
