Abstract
本仕様は、Global Silicon Wafer Committeeで技術的に承認されたもので、Japanese Silicon Wafer Committeeが直接責任を負うものである。現版は2003 年8月8 日Japanese Regional Standard Committee にて承認されている。 2003 年9月にまずwww.semi.org で入手可能となり、 2003 年11 月発行に至る。 初版は1996 年発行。
この仕様が定義するのは、ウェーハメーカーからIC メーカーの製造工場の受け入れドックまでの300 mm ウェーハの安全な運搬用容器である。
