この文書は、ガス供給システムのインボードヘリウム漏れのテスト方法を定義する。
従来のメタルフェイスシール方式とサーフェイスマウント方式の両方のガス供給システムに適用される。
このテスト方法は半導体製造工場、研究所あるいは開発分野で使用されるすべての種類の高純度ガス供給システムに適用される。
