Abstract

本スタンダードは，global Silicon Wafer Committeeで技術的に承認されている。現版は2006年11月21日，global Audits and Reviews Subcommitteeにて発行が承認された。2007年2月にwww.semi.orgで，そして2007年3月にCD-ROMで入手可能となる。初版は1982年発行，前版は2006年3月に発行された。

本仕様は，半導体製造時の機械テストや日常的なプロセスモニターに使用される新品シリコンテストウェーハに対する要求条件について述べている。
