Abstract
本暫定仕様は、Global Silicon Wafer Committee で技術的に承認されたもので、European Silicon Wafer Committee が直接責任を負うものである。現版は2003 年4月3日欧州地域規格委員会によって承認されている。200 3年6月にまずwww.semi.org で入手可能となり、 200 3 年7 月に発行に至る。 初版は2001 年3 月発行。
本基準は，ウェーハサプライヤからユーザまでの300mmウェーハ輸送に関する総コストを最小限にするために，関係材料とするおよびシステムの輸送に関して規定する。
