SEMI M45 - 300 mmウェーハシッピングシステムに関する暫定仕様 -

Abstract

本暫定仕様は，Global Silicon Wafer Committeeで技術的に承認されたもので，European Silicon Wafer Committeeが直接責任を負うものである。現版は2003年4月3日European Regional Standards Committeeによって承認されている。2003年6月にまずwww.semi.orgで入手可能になり，2003年7月に発行に至る。初版は2001年3月発行。

本スタンダードは，ウェーハサプライヤからユーザまでの300mmウェーハ輸送に関するトータルコストを最小にするために，関係する材料およびシステムの輸送につき規定する。
